O Ninho do Corvo

We stayed at The Crow's Nest with another couple and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Their mantra of "Timeless charm, modern luxury" is perfect for the space that has been created in the 1896 building. Finishing, appliances and beds are high quality. The location is superb, with some views of Kaslo's gorgeous mountains. The manager of the space, Haley, could not have been more responsive and her efforts were much appreciated.

Excellent property. I highly recommend it. Positive: This is a newly renovated apartment in a refurbished building. The renovation has been excellent with quality appliances, windows, flooring etc throughout. There are 2 bedrooms, one of which has a queen bed, the other a double, both of which were very comfortable. There is a large sofa in the living room which could be used for another guest. It is set up for full housekeeping (fridge, stove, microwave, coffee percolator and press, dishwasher, and washer and dryer). This would be particular asset during a longer stay as there is a limited number of restaurants in Kaslo. I highly recommend this property! Negative: I have 2 minor suggestions. First, the addition of towel pegs in each bedroom (like those in the bathroom) would be helpful when unrelated people are travelling together. Second, the directions to the property stated that the keys would be in a lock box at the front of the apartment, and a code was given. True. However they failed to note that the front of the apartment faces the back lane where the parking area is conveniently located.
